Before a project begins
A website enquiry is not a paid order. We do not take payment on this website. Before commissioning work, review and accept a written proposal that identifies the parties, scope, fee, payment stages and cancellation arrangements.
Changing or cancelling work
Use the contact channel in your project agreement as soon as possible if you wish to pause, change or cancel a project. We will review the agreed terms, work completed, any committed third-party costs and the effect on the schedule. Additional scope should be agreed before it is undertaken.
Refund assessment
Whether a refund is due depends on the accepted agreement, the work performed and applicable law. We do not use this notice to make every deposit non-refundable or to remove a statutory remedy. Any refund calculation and payment arrangements should be explained in writing.
Third-party services
Domains, licences, hosting, subscriptions and advertising services may have their own cancellation and refund rules. These costs should be identified in your proposal; third-party terms do not remove any rights you have against 9cloud under applicable law.
Concerns about delivered work
Contact us with the project reference, the agreed requirement and a description of the concern. We will discuss the issue and the appropriate next step under the agreement and applicable law. Do not send account passwords or sensitive records in a complaint email.
Your rights
Nothing in this notice limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies. If an issue cannot be resolved directly, you may seek advice or use an applicable complaints or dispute-resolution route.
