About these terms
This website is operated under the 9cloud trading name, a South African digital studio. Our business enquiry email is being set up; a working address will be published on the contact page when available. These terms explain website use and the general basis on which we discuss services.
Enquiries and consultation requests
Submitting an enquiry or preparing an email does not create a paid engagement. Selected consultation dates are preferences until we confirm availability. We do not take payments on this website.
Proposals and scope
Before paid work begins, the parties should agree in writing on the contracting parties, deliverables, exclusions, review rounds, schedule, fees, applicable taxes, payment milestones and responsibilities. The accepted project agreement governs those project-specific matters, subject to applicable law.
Content, access and feedback
You are responsible for having the rights to content and assets you supply and for providing agreed access and timely feedback. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through an enquiry. Delays or changed requirements may affect the agreed schedule.
Changes, third-party services and support
Additional work and changes to scope require agreement on any cost or timing impact. Hosting, domains, subscriptions, advertising spend and maintenance are included only when stated in the proposal. Third-party services have their own terms and availability.
Ownership and permitted use
Ownership and licences for commissioned work are defined in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts and assets remain subject to their licences. You may browse and share links to this website; you may not misuse its services or present its branding or original artwork as your own.
Cancellation, refunds and project concerns
Use the contact channel in your project agreement promptly if you need to change or cancel a project. The written project agreement and applicable law determine payment for work completed, committed costs and any refund due. These website terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or remove statutory cancellation rights.
Accuracy and outcomes
Studio concepts are labelled and are not client commissions. We do not promise particular sales, search rankings or campaign results. We take reasonable care with the website but may update its content and features.
Fair use and responsibility
Do not use the website to submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, interfere with security or disrupt services. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or limits rights where South African law does not permit it.
Privacy, concerns and governing law
Read the privacy and cookie notices for how this website handles information. Use the contact channel in your project agreement for project concerns. Public enquiry details will be published on our contact page once available. South African law applies, without removing any mandatory rights or remedies available to you.
Project payment and pricing
Standard project payment is 50% before work begins and 50% before launch or final handover. Monthly retainers are payable in advance. Prices are in ZAR and exclude VAT where applicable; the quote identifies any applicable tax. Timelines begin after the deposit and required content/assets are received. Cloud Launch includes two revision rounds and Cloud Signature three. Other scope, review limits, third-party costs and support coverage are agreed in the proposal. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
