Who to contact
9cloud uses information you choose to provide to discuss projects and respond to enquiries. Our business email is being set up. This site does not receive or retain form submissions; a privacy contact will be published on the contact page when available. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Information you choose to provide
Enquiry fields may include your name, email, company, phone, service, budget, project brief and preferred consultation time. Phone and budget are optional. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details or sensitive client records.
What happens on this website
The enquiry and consultation tools prepare a brief in your browser. Business email, WhatsApp and scheduling are not open yet. The website does not automatically submit the form or save it in a lead database. The prepared brief is not sent to a provider or 9cloud. You may copy it for your own use. Project finder and calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to 9cloud.
Future email and project correspondence
When you email us, we use the correspondence to respond, assess a possible engagement and manage any resulting project. Access should be limited to people who need it. We do not use an enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing or sell enquiry information.
Storage and providers
The website stores a necessary privacy choice locally for 180 days. If you allow preferences, it can also remember your theme and motion settings. Our host may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to serve and protect the website. Email and hosting providers process information under their own arrangements; provider-specific details will be updated when the production services are configured.
External links
WhatsApp and business email links are not active while those contact channels are being set up. Any future external service will have its own privacy notice. No external calendar, review widget, advertising tracker or analytics service is embedded in this version.
Retention and your choices
We aim to keep correspondence only for the purpose for which it is needed, including any contractual or legal record-keeping duties. Ask us about retention or deletion for your enquiry. You can change display-storage choices in Cookie settings. Clearing browser storage removes local preferences.
Your rights and concerns
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about information held about you, request access or correction, object to processing or request deletion. You may also raise a concern with South Africa’s Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za. A privacy notice alone is not a compliance certification.
Changes
We update this notice when the site’s processing changes. Before direct forms, booking, reviews or analytics are activated, their providers, purposes and retention arrangements need to be reflected here.
